Go Vapour UK Ltd was established in 2013 with the idea of providing a one stop advisory and retail experience for new & experienced electronic cigarette users (Vapers).
We had never run our own business or worked extensively in the retail sector previously and so knew we would need some hands on expertise if we were going to get things right from the outset. Particular issues we faced were initial VAT registration and understanding how this would impact the business, ensuring we had good control over our inventory which is constantly changing as new product developments become available, and of course, keeping a close eye on profitability and tax.
Helen has been a godsend to us in assisting us with all these issues and ensuring we are aware of all our obligations as well as the integration of our point of sale system with her accounting system so all our data and accounting information is up to date quite literally on a daily basis.
