We like to keep it simple
We don’t believe in timers and stopwatches to track and invoice every minute of our time spent working for you. We like to assess what needs to be done, provide you with the fixed cost quotation upfront, deliver you efficient service and invoice for the work, simply and clearly.
You can be reassured that every time you need to call us, the clock is not going to start ticking and increasing the total of your final bill; you’ll know exactly where you stand from the start.
No obligation consultation
Our consultations are free so don’t hesitate to give us a call. We are always interested to learn about new businesses and explore ways in which we can help.
Our offices are open between 8:30am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday. To contact us outside of these hours or, if you haven’t the time to chat now, fill out our online contact form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We won’t use your personal information to send you marketing messages (unless you specifically opt in to do so) and we will never share your information with anyone else.
Once we’ve established how we can help you, we’ll send you our proposal laying out the services we will provide and how much it’s going to cost. When you are happy to proceed, we will provide you with a contract and our terms and conditions. Then, once all the paperwork is taken care of, you can sit back, relax and just leave the rest to us.
Your old accountant
We’ll get in touch with your old accountant, if you have one, to inform them of your transfer and arrange the handover of any important information we might need.
