Brian Green
Director
Brian has over thirty years in senior finance roles in both industry and practice. Since his formative years in the City, he headed the UK business advisory division for the largest French Chartered Accountants and played pivotal FD roles with several companies in the new media field including flotations on the Nasdaq and AIM markets. He is a NED for several private companies.
Brian specialises in corporate financial strategy, mergers & acquisitions and corporate structuring but talks in a way that anyone can understand
-
Andrew Carter
Tax Director
Andrew began his tax career with the Inland Revenue as a Tax Inspector before joining accountancy powerhouses such as PwC and KPMG as well as smaller niche advisory firms. Andrew relishes the challenges and variety of giving tax advice to owner-managed businesses where those running the business are often pursuing a dream as much as they are financial success.
With tax legislation becoming ever more complex, it’s important to have someone on your side who knows the rules and understands how HMRC thinks.
-
Marie Lee
FCCA
Marie has worked in practice for over 20 years covering all aspects of Accounting, Corporation Tax, VAT, Self-assessment and client care. She qualified with the ACCA in 2004 and gained fellowship in 2009. One of her main aims is to help people understand their accounts better with clear explanations in an understandable manner.
-
Mandy Atton
Mandy has been with Continuum since 2015 and apart from managing payroll and pensions for many of our clients she has become more and more vital to the team. Her knowledge of customers and our company processes knows no bounds! She switched from being a food microbiologist to working in bookkeeping and payroll to meet family commitments nearly 20 years ago –guess the age of the eldest!
-
Amy Rule
FCCA
Amy trained with a top 20 firm of accountants in Winchester and qualified with the ACCA in 2015. Following a stint in industry and maternity leave, she joined Continuum in 2019 as she wanted to have a more hands on approach and gain all round experience working with different business owners. Outside of work, her time is spent chasing after her toddler and French Bulldog!
-
Paramjit Pardesi (Giggs)
ACA
Giggs is a newly qualified chartered accountant with specialities in audit and statutory accounts preparation. Giggs has joined Continuum to help the small and medium sized companies to continue to grow their businesses.
Outside of work, Giggs is an avid supporter of Manchester United Football Club and when much younger, acquired his nickname from Ryan Giggs. Depending on who you believe, this was because at the time they had similar hairstyles (likely) or because they had the same footballing skills (less likely).
-
Sally Nichols
Started working at a practise in Southampton on accounts preparation & audit. After a break for children Sally worked in a variety of different roles covering bookkeeping, payroll & company secretarial in accountancy practices and small businesses in Winchester & Romsey.
Outside work, Sally is a keen supporter of Southampton Football Club, and enjoys live music and the theatre.
-
Jaleel Jamil (Jelly)
1 exam away from qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with specialities in Statutory Accounts Preparation and Self Assessment Tax returns, Jelly has joined Continuum to help businesses and individuals understand their financial affairs. Outside of work, Jelly enjoys charity work and can be described as a sports fanatic, even trying his hand at a variety of sports including football and boxing.
-
Amy Stringer
Amy has been working for Continuum since 2018. Having first learnt everything there is to know about the office, our clients and our staff, Amy has now decided to take the plunge into all things Property Accounts. She is also currently studying her ACCA qualification with the aim to become a Chartered Certified Accountant. Outside of work Amy enjoys hanging out with her friends and is impartial to a G&T (or 5!).
-
Billy Shiner
Billy joined the firm in early 2023 and has previously worked for firms in Brighton and London. With 4 exams remaining he hopes to become an ACCA chartered accountant soon. In his spare time, Billy enjoys lifting weights and watching/playing football. So much so he founded the Continuum 6-a-side football team not long after he joined!
-
Jane Condon
Jane has worked in a variety of PA and administrative roles in the arts, pensions, health and finance. She enjoys job satisfaction from supporting the team to work as efficiently as possible. Jane loves spending time with her friends, family and pets and especially enjoys music, theatre and exercise. One of her favourite past times is singing in the car and doing ‘Mum’ dancing, much to the distress of her teenage son. She loves to make clients feel welcome with a cuppa, and a cheery smile and looks forward to welcoming you to Continuum.
-
Maria Amour
Maria joined Continuum in January 2023; it was a welcomed return to work after the challenging full-time position of raising two children(!). She graduated with an MBA and has worked in several major companies both in UK and Spain within financial roles. Maria’s immediate ambition is to develop her knowledge and abilities further, so whilst working for Continuum, she continues her AAT studies in pursuit of her goal of achieving Chartered status.
-
Gabriella Huszar
Gabriella has worked over 10 years in both industry and practice covering VAT, Payroll, Bookkeeping and Self-Assessment. She is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant in Hungary and qualified with ICB Payroll Management, AAT in the UK, and now starting ATT qualifications. She loves it if every day is different and she can help our clients. Outside of work, Gabriella is a busy Mum of two and loves nature, theatre, festivals, camping, helping for charity and growing veggies.
-

Although he has a first class honours degree in business and accounting, Chegwin prefers his role as office security. You won’t get in unless you bring a treat!
