Our Small Business Start Up package is designed specifically for smaller businesses to give business owners reassurance that they are legally compliant from the outset.

We will work with you to establish a safe and compliant HR system, with access to a wide range of support materials that are always up to date under Employment Law.

We also offer ‘as and when required’ support on such matters as recruitment, disciplinary and grievance procedures and staff management in general. As well as an optional payroll service which backs up your payroll data to the cloud and provides a self-service dashboard for employers and employees to login and access their payroll data. Employees can even directly request things like annual leave and updates to their personal details which, once approved, will synchronise back to your payroll system.
