This service will be delivered by Moray Laing who has joined us as a Director. Moray started his career in the Police Force as a Detective Sergeant, investigating serious crime. After completing the Bar Vocational Course his career as a lawyer has specialised in Employment Law and he has extensive experience representing both Claimants and Respondents in Employment Tribunals and disciplinary and appeal hearings. He is passionate about how employees can play a critical role in business success.
Clearly the Coronavirus situation has caused untold upheaval for many employers and employees. The government approach is changing on a daily basis which can make it difficult to keep up with what rights do or do not apply to employees. Moray’s advice is to use the resources provided by ACAS.
